Our barbecue concession trailers are designed to meet your specific business needs with all NSF equipment, ready to operate. Our barbecue concession trailers comes equipped with a floor fryer which can hold up to 45lbs of oil along with stainless steel sides and front door, 100 percent safety shut-off, snap action thermostat and millivolt temperature control. The cooker on the back is a new 275 gallon drum with over 20 sq. ft. of cooking area, 2-lp gas burners along with a removable charcoal tray.
