Our concession trailers come fully equipped with everything you need to begin your own mobile cooking business. The NSF approved fabricated sink bowls included in some of our concession trailers are made out of stainless steel sheet metal with a tiled backsplash for ease of installation and rolled edge for additional strength. The waste drains in our concession trailers are 1.5 inch IPS. You can also have an Imperial 40lb floor fryer which has a stainless steel front, door, sides and stub back. This fryer has a 35lb to 45lb oil capacity, snap action thermostat, millivolt temperature control and 100 percent safety shut-off.
